General Overview

 

G&S Valves Ltd. can offer you a complete valve, from start to finish. We hold a comprehensive stock of high quality valve steels and can upset forgings from a vast range of die forms to produce suitably close limit forgings to suit most applications. We have the facilities to perform various types of heat treatments, bi-metal valves and hard stellite seat facing.

Our manufacturing process starts life as a plain steel rod which is then electrically upset to form a bunt, then forged into a close limit forging

After being forged the valve goes through a number of machining and grinding operations

 before final inspection in our quality department.

 After final inspection,

we can offer a pulsed plasma treatment (in house)

as well as various treatments.

 

 

 

After treatment surface hardness is then checked in our metallurgy lab.

Manufacturing Time

Delivery time will be approx 6 - 8 weeks from receipt of order depending on the final specification of the required valve.

 

Payment Terms

Payment terms are 50% on start of production, balance on completion, Due to the nature of our business we do not have credit card facilities.

 

Warranty Conditions

G&S Valves Ltd. will look at any warranty problem very sympathetically and understandably. We cannot accept any responsibility for any failures of our valves in racing applications.
